Claire Bates

I am a creative web journalist, with an MA in Web Journalism (results pending) from Sheffield University. I am NCTJ qualified in Writing News, Law for Journalists, and Public Administration, and am fully versed in Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Prior to this, I was awarded a BA Hons (2.1) in History from Sheffield University.

St Peter's

I have been part of the St Peter's community since my parents joined the congregation when I was five years old. Starting with Sunday School, I continued my involvement through serving as an Acolyte and Thurifer, attending Brownies and Guides in the church hall, and 'Rockies' the church youth group. Redesigning this site was therefore a pleasure, as St Peter's has played such an important role in my transition from child to adult.
